I called and was able to get his payments deferred. He made a payment. I received a call from a Ms.Nelly Roberts (needs attitude adjustment) said my sons check bounced and less i could give her a check that day for 3 months she was going to have the call repoed. My son informed me that his check cleared. I had him go to the bank and get a copy of the front and the back of the check. We called Ms Roberts left a message for her to call me back. To this day 3 weeks later she still has not called back. I was able to get a hold of another collection rep who informed me that they did receive tha payment and that it was a human error in posting. I think someone should have called even just to say hey sorry there was an error.

They are completely rude & dont want to take the time to except that they make errors & correct them in timely matters. Also, to the two previous people that posted comments before me, your rude as well. Just because you may not have been affected by the recent changes in the economy doent mean you have to literally flip out on others that is struggling to make ends meet. If the check looked like it bounced Ms Nelly Roberts was doing nothing but her job in telling you that the car would have been going out for repo. Maybe next time your son shouldn't not pay for so long that the agency has to call you and tell you this. You're lucky they were able to get a hold of you and that they didn't just come pick up the car without warning |

And his account is current. Its called a curtious call. By the way he has had the account for 3 years and was never late until he was laid off. So he does pay his bills. |
